Birchwood Cottage strives to provide exceptional service to our residents, their families, and our staff. Our residents require extraordinary attention; their needs are primarily custodial. Resident families depend on our staff for continuous communication, education, support and encouragement through a difficult journey. Each location has a management team comprised of a full time Cottage Director, RN/Case Manager and support positions that may include an Assistant Director, LPN, Living Engagement Coordinator, Dining Coordinator, and Lead Caregiving Staff.

All heroes /staff members receive the training necessary to be successful at Birchwood Cottages. This training includes specialized courses in the fundamentals of memory loss, its related physical and behavioral challenges, and the residents changing needs. The staff is also trained in the Cottage philosophy of resident care and commitment to customer service.
